Data and purposes
Your name, email address, optional telephone number, subject and message are processed to answer your request, manage quotation and project communications, protect the form against abuse and meet legal obligations. Service providers may also process technical connection and anti-abuse data for form security.
Legal framework and sharing
The scope and legal basis of processing may vary according to the nature of your request and the law that applies. Responding to your request and taking pre-contractual steps, Matech’s legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent where required may be relevant. Data may be shared, only for the stated purposes, with authorised Matech personnel, email, hosting and form infrastructure providers, and legally authorised public bodies.
Technical services and third parties
The site may connect to the services below. To provide and secure their services, these providers may process an IP address, browser or device information, request time and similar technical data under their own terms:
- Web3Forms: Information entered in the contact form is sent to the Web3Forms form processor so that your message can be delivered to Matech. Web3Forms privacy information.
- Cloudflare: Provides the site delivery, network security and abuse-prevention layer. Cloudflare Turnstile and Cloudflare Analytics are used only if they are separately configured and enabled. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Fontshare: Site fonts are requested from Fontshare’s font CDN domains; this results in a technical request to Fontshare servers. Fontshare privacy information.
- YouTube, Facebook, Google Maps: YouTube and Facebook video players and Google Maps do not connect to third-party servers until you click the button to load the relevant content. International data transfers
Because these providers may operate infrastructure outside your country, form data or technical connection data may be processed abroad. The scope depends on each provider’s current infrastructure, agreements and the features that are enabled. Any required transfer mechanism and additional safeguards should be assessed against the applicable law and the actual data flow.
Retention and your rights
The retention period is determined by the nature of the request, any continuing business relationship and applicable obligations. When retention is no longer required, deletion or anonymisation is considered. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing by contacting info@matechmak.com with information sufficient to verify your identity.
