The bar transfer system is a compact conveyor solution that enables parts to be moved safely and in a controlled manner between the loading, coating, curing and cooling stations in powder coating applications. The products to be coated are hung on carrier bars and advanced through the entire production process on the same hanger system.
Parts coated in the powder coating booth are transferred to the curing oven without their surfaces being touched. This helps prevent scratches, marks, impacts and coating defects that may occur on freshly coated surfaces. Once curing is complete, the products are moved to the cooling and unloading section, completing the production process.
