Powder coating is applied by the electrostatic spray method. In this process, the paint particles acquire an electrostatic charge and are attracted to the grounded metal surface. The coated part is then cured in an oven to set the paint.

Environmentally Friendly: Contains no solvents and does not emit VOCs (volatile organic compounds). Durability: Highly resistant to scratches, chemicals and abrasion. Economical: A single coat is usually sufficient and waste levels are low. Aesthetic: Provides a smooth and glossy surface.

Powder coatings are available in a wide range of colors. The RAL color scale is commonly used, offering various surface finishes such as matte, glossy and metallic.
