Aydın Çit - Fully Automatic Powder Coating Plant

Project Summary

A powder coating plant with a cardan conveyor and without a pretreatment line, designed to suit Aydın Çit's production needs, was successfully installed and commissioned. The plant has an integrated structure consisting of a powder coating booth, a robotic application system, a powder center, automatic powder coating spray guns, a cardan conveyor and a curing oven. The project was realized in line with the goals of high surface quality, efficient production and sustainability.

Project Scope

Within the scope of the project, a turnkey powder coating line was installed for Aydın Çit. The main components of the plant are listed below:

Flexible and continuous part handling with a cardan conveyor system

A controlled and clean coating application area with a powder coating booth

Homogeneous and repeatable coating quality with a coating robot

Stable powder supply and color management with a powder center

High efficiency and minimum paint loss with automatic powder coating spray guns

Thanks to the process structure that does not include a pretreatment line, a more compact and economical plant was created.

Status
