Bofigo - Fully Automatic Powder Coating Plant

Project Summary

For Bofigo, a company operating in the furniture sector, a complete powder coating plant was installed to increase production capacity and standardize surface quality. The project was planned to integrate with the company's existing production structure and was commissioned with the goal of high efficiency.

Project Scope

Within the scope of the project, the design, manufacturing and installation of the following systems were carried out by us:

• Pretreatment (washing) line
• Drying oven
• Powder coating booth
• Automatic powder coating spray robots
• Powder center
• Curing oven

All equipment was engineered and commissioned to operate as an integrated line.
