Dedem Mekatronik - Fully Automatic Powder Coating Plant

Project Summary
For Dedem Mekatronik, an integrated coating plant with a cardan conveyor and without a pretreatment line, specifically designed for the company's production needs, was successfully commissioned. The plant provides a modern, efficient and environmentally friendly coating solution with a powder center, a robotic coating application system, an oven, a cyclone unit and a filter unit. The project was realized in line with the goals of high surface quality and sustainable production.
Project Scope
Within the scope of this project, a turnkey coating line was installed. The plant consists of the following main components:
Flexible and uninterrupted part handling with a cardan conveyor system
Controlled and stable paint supply with a powder center
Precise, repeatable and homogeneous coating application with a coating robot
Optimum curing and surface durability with an industrial oven
Overspray powder recovery with a cyclone unit
Environmentally friendly and clean air discharge with a filter unit
Thanks to the process structure that does not require a pretreatment line, a more compact and economical system was designed.
