Project Overview:
As Matech Makina, we installed a turnkey fully automatic powder coating plant for Gemak Ltd. The project was designed with the goal of high production standards and repeatable surface quality, and was equipped with Industry 4.0-compatible components to increase both efficiency and process reliability.

Pretreatment (washing) line (surface preparation and cleaning)

Conveyor system (automatic part transfer)

Booth group: cyclone separator, multi-stage filter unit, coating robot (automatic spraying units), central powder feed / dosing system

Area barrier and product recognition system (PLC/HMI integrated): automatic selection of product-based process parameters
