Project Overview
As Matech Makina, we installed a high-capacity, fully automatic and Industry 4.0 compliant powder coating and clear coat plant for Kron Bisiklet, one of the leading manufacturers in Turkey's bicycle sector. The plant is capable of automatically managing all processes from surface preparation to coating, curing and clear coating. Within the scope of the project, a label oven and its associated conveyor system were also commissioned. The installed system guarantees a consistent coating quality at high production volumes.

STATUS
The fully automatic powder coating and clear coat plant, together with the label oven, was successfully installed and commissioned. With the new system, Kron Bisiklet has increased its production capacity and achieved consistent quality across all coating processes.
