As Matech Makina, we carried out the installation of a highly automated, efficient fully automatic powder coating booth group designed for fast colour changes for Sampa Otomotiv, one of the global leaders in the heavy-duty vehicle spare parts sector.
Sampa Otomotiv has an extensive product range worldwide and manufactures parts that particularly require high surface quality. For this reason, consistency, efficiency and low powder consumption in the coating process are of critical importance.
While the installed system offers minimum powder loss through robot automation and advanced filtration and cyclone technology, it has significantly increased production flexibility thanks to its fast colour-change infrastructure.
