Trolley-Type Ovens

Trolley-type ovens (cart type ovens or batch ovens with trolley) are used especially for curing large, heavy parts, or parts that are not easy to move continuously.

• Curing Process: After the powder coating is electrostatically attached to the surface, it polymerises at a specific temperature and for a specific duration. The trolley-type oven enables this polymerisation.

• Suitability for Large and Heavy Parts: Heavy loads such as machine components, metal structures, doors and automotive parts are transported into the oven on a trolley.

• Easy Loading and Unloading: Thanks to the rail system beneath the oven, coated parts are prepared outside the oven and then pushed directly into it.

• Flexible Production: Parts of different sizes and shapes can be cured in the same oven.
