Manual Washing Machine

In the powder coating sector, manual washing machines are important equipment used to provide surface preparation of parts before coating. These machines offer more economical and flexible solutions compared to automatic systems.

Features

1. Oil and Dirt Removal (Degreasing)

• Removes unwanted substances such as oil, dirt, dust, and fingerprints from the surface of metal parts.

• This step is very critical for the paint to adhere properly to the surface.

2. Rust and Oxide Removal

• Rust and oxide layers are removed from parts, especially those that have been stored for a long time or kept in humid environments.

• This ensures that the surface is smooth and clean.

3. Surface Roughening and Activation

• In some systems, the surface is roughened with acidic solutions to increase the adhesion strength of the paint.

• "Activating" the surface at the micro level extends the life of the paint.

4. Phosphating / Coating Processes

• Iron phosphate, zinc phosphate, or nano-coating can be applied to give the part a protective layer against rust.

• This process is generally carried out more simply in manual systems.

5. Rinsing

• After chemical processes, parts are rinsed with clean water to remove chemical residues.

6. Drying

• The surface must be completely dry before painting.

Functions

• Offers an economical and practical solution in small-scale production or low-volume coating jobs.

• Provides flexibility for prototype or custom-manufactured parts.

• Ideal for companies that want to avoid automation costs.
