Sweeping Type Booth

The Sweeping Type Booth (Sweeping Type Powder Coating Booth) is a booth type designed to perform color changes quickly and cleanly in electrostatic powder coating applications, featuring an automatic powder conveying system on its floor. In standard filtered booths, excess coating falls to the floor by gravity and is then cleaned manually. In sweeping booths, this process is carried out by an automatic sweeping and conveying system.

Collects Powder Coating Automatically: The excess powder coating that does not become airborne during the coating application is continuously transferred to the powder collection hopper by the moving sweeping paddles or air jets on the booth floor.

Speed in Color Changes: The need for manual sweeping is eliminated, and the booth is cleaned for a new color within minutes.

Cleaner Working Environment: The powder coating is collected before it accumulates on the floor, so the environment does not get contaminated.

Recovery Capability: The collected coating can be reused by directing it to the recovery system.
