Tunnel-Type Ovens

The Tunnel-Type Oven (Tunnel Type Powder Coating Oven) is a continuous-type oven system that cures parts as they move without interruption along a conveyor line in electrostatic powder coating and wet paint (liquid coating) applications. It is used in high-volume and mass-production lines.

Continuous Production: Parts enter the oven via the conveyor, are cured at the set temperature and for the set duration, then exit the oven and move directly to the next station.

High Capacity: In mass-production facilities, it enables a large number of parts to be cured in a short time.
