Project Overview

As Matech Makina, we installed a fully automatic powder coating plant offering high efficiency and repeatable quality for Dinçer Raf, a company operating in the shelving and storage systems sector. In the shelving industry, with its wide product range, fast color changes, consistent film thickness and high coating quality are of critical importance. For this reason, the plant is supported by automation and robotic systems and equipped with energy-efficient oven technologies.

Thanks to the installed line, Dinçer Raf has achieved a lower waste ratio, consistent production quality and high process reliability.
