Axial Conveyor Oven

The Axial Conveyor Powder Coating Curing Oven is an industrial oven type featuring an axial (i.e. straight-line) conveyor system inside, which enables coated parts to be cured under controlled high temperature after the electrostatic powder coating application. Once the powder coating is applied, it only adheres and cures onto the part surface when baked at a specific temperature. These ovens are used to carry out this process efficiently, quickly and homogeneously.

1. Curing (Baking) the Powder Coating: The applied powder coating is baked at a temperature generally between 180–200°C for approximately 10–20 minutes, permanently bonding to the surface.

2. Enables Continuous Production: Thanks to the conveyor system, parts move automatically through the oven. This means continuous production and high capacity.

3. Provides Homogeneous Heat Distribution: Thanks to the air circulation and insulation structure inside the oven, every part is baked at an equal temperature. This improves coating quality.

4. Efficiency and Time Savings: It is faster than manual ovens and requires less labour. Parts enter, are baked and exit in sequence.
