Project Overview

As Matech Makina, we installed a fully automatic wet paint plant offering high surface quality and process control for Sampa Otomotiv, one of the world-renowned manufacturers in the heavy-duty vehicle spare parts sector.

Wet paint processes for heavy-duty vehicle parts require precise film thickness, excellent surface smoothness and repeatable coating performance. Designed to suit Sampa's wide product diversity, the plant has been engineered with automatic robotic application, homogeneous airflow and efficient surface preparation processes.

The installed wet paint plant has taken the company's coating quality and production efficiency to the highest level thanks to its 5-stage surface preparation, controlled drying/flash-off areas and robotic spraying technology.
